Online purchases are exchangeable within three days on receipt of the products, for store credit if purchases locally.
Store purchases are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Overseas online purchases are exchangeable within seven days but notification of exchange should be emailed to email@example.com within three days of receipt of the products.
Returns must be in its original, unused condition (including in undamaged condition, all original packaging (e.g. original shoebox and dustbags) and tags) for full store credit of the original purchase price. Returns will not be accepted if any of the foregoing conditions are not met. Strictly no refund. Store credits must be used within 6 months of the refund date. Alternatively, in lieu of store credit, goods may be exchanged for items of equivalent or lesser value. Customers are responsible for their own costs of shipping and insurance in respect of any return and for all costs of shipping and insurance from the warehouse of Joobz International Pte Ltd. Joobz International Pte Ltd is not responsible for any loss, delay, damage or misdelivery by any common carrier. Joobz International Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any return request at its sole and absolute discretion.
