The print depects a brick wall with framed windows in various shapes. This Architecture print was first used on a trumeau made by Piero Fornasetti in collaboration with Gio Ponti in 1951, probably the most iconic and famous Fornasetti piece. The first trumeau presented a wide array of architectural themes – leading to fantastic liaisons between fantastic Italian facades with ashlars, atriums, valuted ceilings, arcades, capitals, columns, friezes and pedestals.
