1) Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Daily operations of retail store
• Handling walk-in customers and all customer enquiries
• Perform general retail housekeeping works
• Maintaining visual merchandizing functions and stock management functions
• Perform cashiering duties and stock count

Requirements

• Has a passion in retail industry and customer service
• Interest in fashion related field, in particular the jewelry sector
• Resourceful, confident and able to handle customers from diverse backgrounds
• Fast learner, hardworker and willing to go out of the way to service customers
• Good conversational and language skills

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in fashion or retail related studies
• Prefer candidates with sales background in high end retail environment, specializing in fine jewelry
• Ability to speak multi languages is preferred
